1. Can I enter both the daily and the 10 day challenge?

Yes, by entering online each day you will be automatically entered in the daily draws. Also, by entering online each of the 10 days you will be automatically entered in the 10-day challenge for a commuter bike package. Entrants using paper entries must print and use both the daily entry forms and an additional 10-day entry form to entered in both contests.

2. Can I enter more than once a day?

No, duplicate entries will be eliminated.

3. How do I enter?

Each day you can enter EITHER online or print an entry form and deposit it in the ballot box at any of the four Green Your Routine displays.

4. What is my email address and other information used for?

Your email address is used to identify and access your account. We will not provide your email address or any other information to any third parties. Your phone number is used to contact you if you win a prize. Your work and home postal codes are used to determine the approximate distance that you commute to work.

5. Where are the event displays located

There are 4 information displays, including displays of the commuter bikes, on the ground floor of the following Oxford Properties Group’s downtown Calgary office buildings:

  • Bow Valley Square – 6th Avenue & 2nd Street SW
  • Calgary Place – 4th Avenue & 3rd Street SW
  • Canterra Tower – 4th Street & 3rd Avenue SW
  • Ernst & Young Tower – 4th Street & 2nd Avenue SW
6. How do I find out if I am a winner?

You will be contacted by telephone within a few days of the draw.

7. Do I need to answer a skill testing question to win?

Yes, we will be challenging your environmental knowledge, but don’t worry; thus far, all of our winners have been able to successfully answered our skill testing questions.

8. Where do I pick up my prizes?

There are 3 Oxford Property Group’s downtown Calgary locations for prize pick up: Bow Valley Square, Calgary Place and Ernst & Young Tower. Directions will be provided to winners when we phone them.

9. Can I exchange my prize?

No, prizes must be accepted as awarded. There are no substitutes and there is no cash equivalent.

10. Will you be posting the names of the daily and grand prize winners?

Yes, winners names will be posted online and at the event displays (see Question 4 for locations). We will also try to provide updates on the kilometers and CO2 emissions saved over the two-week period.

11. What if I am on holidays for part of the event? Can I still enter the 10-day challenge?

Sorry, but no. The 10-day challenge is only open to persons who commute to work for all of the 10 days. If you are away for part of the event... well, there’s always next year... and enjoy your time off!
